Shipping Information

We process all orders and shipment within 24 hours of receiving payment, and you will receive shipment notification as soon as your order is shipped.

We ship internationally within 6 - 10 business days and shipment for all orders within USA and Canada is Free except for Western Canada (i.e. British Columbia) which is shipped at $5.49 per item. All orders outside the United States and Canada are shipped at international rate of $8.49 per item.

Method of Payment and Purpose of Processing

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards as well as PayPal. We will use your information for the purpose of fulfilling orders placed by you, processing any other transactions authorized or made by you with us, and informing you of special offers which we think you may find of interest.

Each of the companies authorized to process your information as mentioned above will do so in accordance with this privacy policy. Refund, Returns and Cancellation

Our customer's satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days for a refund providing you have notified us by email at info@rehobothworld.com.

When returning an item for exchange or refund, please ensure that the goods are in their original packaging with all the relevant instructions. We strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage from you local post office. If you have proof of postage, you will be able to claim some compensation in the unlikely event of your return going astray. Please ask in your local post office for more information.

Please include the receipt with your return if you still have it. It not, put a note that includes the following:

Name of the person who placed the order
Date the order was placed, and
Method of payment

This will help us to process the return more quickly as it is very difficult to process returns without these details.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your sling for a different size or colour for any reason, this is fine as long as the one that you return is in a "as new" condition. Just notify us by email at info@rehobothworld.com and tell us exactly what you would like us to exchange it for. If the replacement you required is unavailable for any reason, then we will contact you to see what you would like us to do.

Please note that you will need to pay the Post Office or courier to return the item you wish to exchange; and we do not make any additional postage charges for sending out the replacement item to you.

Fabrics Choice

Our fabrics are generally in stock. In spite of our best efforts, we sometimes run out of stock of a particular fabric. If this is the case, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order and you can decide whether to order an alternative fabric, or place your order on "back-order". If you choose to be placed on back-order, it will be 14 business days for your order to be prepared.

Disclosure of Information

In the unlikely event that a liquidator, administrator or receiver is appointed over us or all or any part of our assets that insolvency practitioner may transfer your information to a third party purchaser of the business provided that purchaser undertakes to use your information for the same purposes as set out in this policy. Your information will not be disclosed to government or local authorities or other government institutions save as required by law or other binding regulations.
